WHEAT HARVEST IS A GO!!!
It took a day longer than we originally thought, but it's drying down quick now!

Still waiting for rain however...
Also, my little hack for communicating better during wheat (or any other) harvest. I swear it's why we're still married. LOL.

I let my Uncle who has farmed 10,000 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans, and rice here in Arkansas watch this video and he said that Mark knew his trade. He referred to him as a smart young feller. He was amazed by the combine. I had to explain that it was a Canadian combine. He was completely focused. Now you have to understand this man is all farming and no fun, except in the late fall and early winter he is like Mark, he has his hunting cabin and that is his decompression place as I understand it. He said you can't be a real farmer if you don't use nature as a way of release. You live by the land so everything in you even your downtime is with the land. It is in your blood. He was even more infatuated by you because my Aunt Maggie is like Betty Crocker of homemakers. The only thing agriculture with her ever was gathering chicken eggs and feeding them. Cleanest house ever and best cook but she hates dirt. I showed him how to watch some of your videos on lambing. My Aunt is going to hate me forever. No more big old cinnamon rolls for me. Lola
