JOHN DEERE COLD START Turbo Diesel

I don't understand why people do this. This is so hard on equipment, our ranch tractor has the engine block heater on a timer to turn on at 1:00pm and we feed cows at 3:00pm. This cold start kills batteries , no oil to lubricate for a long time. Taking years off the life of a very expensive machine.

    Just go ahead and keep reaving it, the cold does not hurt anything... should have plugged the blick heater up for 30 min or so. Lot easier on an engine
