Why Did I Stand Behind a Tornado During Take Off

I thought it would be a good idea to stand behind the fence, at the end of the runway, at RAF Waddington, while some German Air Force Tornados were going to take off, as you'll see ,1 on its own was manageable.
When 2 together were lined up to take off, it was a completely different ball game. I was on a little step ladder, to help me look over the fence and video it. How I didn't fall off the ladder I do not know. The built in Gimbal, on the camcorder doesn't show how much I was physically shaking while I was videoing it. I looked to the left of me, and there was a guy and possibly his son standing there, the guy was trying to photograph while holding on to the fence in case he blew over.
Once they took off, my whole body felt like jelly, as cool as it was, I doubt I'll be doing it again in hurry.
