Have always just kept a bull with the herd til this year.

I actually went and met my current bull before renting. The previous renter kept him happy with an occasional taste of grain. Very calm and docile for a young animal. Hoping this trait passes down to my calves next year.

I do not envy you having to deal with a bull like this. I've seen docile bulls become aggressive when "pushed" slightly in confined areas. Glad no one was hurt.

That's a professional gate swing btw lol
