Farmers don’t think twice about entrusting their children with incredible responsibility. They know they can handle it and send them on their way with minimal instruction and guidance and let them figure it out as they go. This little girl harvesting a valuable crop with a very expensive and complex piece of machinery like a boss. Love it!

I started at young age as well but I think most farm kids do. Instilled great work ethic in myself. We had the old Gleaner combine G when I started, not as fancy of out fit back then. Keep teaching kids good work ethic and skills they can carry on through life. You don't have to be Male to learn farm. I'm welder of our family and I got 3 brothers.
